You will need to measure the keyboard for this model. Click the link called "Click here to see how to measure up your keyboard" then input the measurements into the pink box.
There is no programming software for this model. It is too old. You can program it through the cash register's own keyboard so software is not needed.

I can't find anything for the Omron RS2410 but it might be similar to another model that we support. If you are able to take a couple of photos of it (especially the keyboard - showing the key labels), and mail them to Support@the-checkout-tech.com I may be able to help.

We only have access to the General G-4005 service manual which is a repair type manual. I will check to see if it has programming such as memory clearing for you, as you may need this.
