The width of the keyboard in millimeters
The height of the keyboard in millimeters
The number of keys from left to right
The number of keys from top to bottom
CHOOSE HOW TO CREATE YOUR KEYSHEET:
1) Continue working on your last project (if available) or
2) Upload a previously saved '.ksf' file or
3) Select your keyboard from the 'Model' menu or
4) Measure up your keyboard.

Get a ruler that has millimeters on it, you will need to measure the whole size of your keyboard.
Measure from the left edge of the left most key, to the right edge of the right most key.
(example = 270)
Do the same from the top key, to the bottom key. (example = 118)
Count the number of keys from left to right. (example = 13)
Count the number of keys from top to bottom. (example = 9)
Enter these measurments in to the 4 input boxes in the red section.
Click Start

SAVING A PICTURE OF THE KEYSHEET FOR LATER PRINTING: (Recommended)
Copy the screen to a paint program then save as a picture.

Hold down the Control (ctrl) key, and tap the Print Screen (Prt Sc) key, let go.
To run Paint, click the Start button, Programs, Accessories, Paint.
Click Edit menu, click Paste.
Using the mouse, click and select the area of the key sheet you wish to keep.
Click Crop.
Click File menu, click Save. (Use the file type PNG for best quality)

Hold down the Control key, and tap the Print Screen key.
To run Paint, click the Start button, Programs, Accessories, Paint.
Click Paste.
Using the mouse, click and select the area of the key sheet you wish to keep.
Click Crop.
Click the small Disk Icon at the top to save. (Use the file type PNG for best quality)

To use the Snipping Tool, click the start button, and type: Snip, press enter.
Using the mouse, click and select the area of the key sheet you wish to keep,
let go of the mouse button, hit Save. (Use the file type PNG for best quality)

To use the Snipping Tool, from the Start Screen in the search app, type: Snip, press enter.
Using the mouse, click and select the area of the key sheet you wish to keep,

To use the Snipping Tool, click the windows button type: Snip, press enter.
Once Snip loads, click 'New'. Using the mouse, click and select the area of the key sheet you wish to keep,
let go of the mouse button, hit Save. (Use the file type PNG for best quality)

To capture a specific application window, press Command-Shift-4, then press the Spacebar.
The cursor will change to a camera, and you can move it around the screen.
As you move the cursor over an application window, the window will be highlighted.
The entire window does not need to be visible for you to capture it.
When you have the cursor over a window you want to capture,
just click the mouse button and the screen shot will be saved as a PNG file on your desktop.
The file is saved as PDF in Mac OS 10.3 and earlier.

In the Printer Menu, Click Page Setup:
1) Tick - Landscape
2) UnTick - Shrink to fit Page Width
3) Tick - Print Background
4) Set Scale to 100%

Use the 'Save' button in the color panel to save to your computer,
then the 'Upload ksf File' button on this page at a later time.

TRY A WORKING EXAMPLE OF A SHARP XE-A213 KEYBOARD:
Right-click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." to save the ksf file to your computer
The file: XE-A213.ksf
Then upload the file to the KeySheet Designer, by clicking on 'Upload .ksf file' (above).
