Hi Ricky,
You need to use the codes for tax rate setting and then link to departments or PLUs. Have you tried the tables in the manual?
I can point you to the relevant pages if you are not sure where to find the tax setting and linking codes.

We may be able to find this manual in our archives.
From memory, it is from about the year 2000, and is quite a large manual.
If it contains calibration information, we will be happy to put it online for you.
