Hi Liz,

I'm sorry but we cannot see any 'Instruction Manual' nor the wording of such.
The link you quoted is the full ER-3241 service manual, including some lower level mode programming.
Everything you need to fix up your cash register with a multi-meter and soldering iron.
Also including machine clearing and machine program set-up, but *not including higher level programming such as PLU manipulation.
Please read the contents of the manual to see what's in the manual, before buying.

The Sanyo ECR 175 is very old now. The Sanyo supplier does not have any manuals for it.
