I have a digi sm-90N. is the digi sm90 manual equivalent?

The N version is the base numeric display only model with no pole display. The programming examples that show text in the manual may not show the same on your display but the programming in the manual covers the bench model (E) version which is almost identical to the N version in my experience. The SM90 is so rare that we cannot obtain any new manuals for it due to age. I have programmed so many versions and they all programmed the same way just with variations in the read out so it should be fine.

I have a Did SM-90 TB-Version (touchscreen version). Will the programming manual work for this specific model?

I haven't worked with the touch version of the SM90 but have used the standard manual to program other touch models.
Typically, Digi still use the same codes across the range so the manual will most likely work for the majority of functions as the firmware is normally only varied slightly. The manual does not show the touch model but your model still has the keypad as well as the touch display which is promising. Since Digi have discontinued this model, they do not give support any longer so we are unable to source exact variants. Hope this helps.

I think you have the numeric display version with pole. If this is the only difference, it will be programmed in the same way. I can't find any information on the NDP version so this is an educated guess.

Yes. It is distributed by Teraoka dealers so you would need to find a dealer in your area and buy the software package from them.
