We have the above cash register at work and one of the keycode buttons is not working. It is the one marked esc and it am trying to get ride of a number 4 that has appeared. Each time we try to cancel a transaction it keep coming up with the number 4. I have tried all sorts and have had not luck. I am in the dog house at work because of this so I hope you can help Wellibob |

Hi Wellibob, So, do you mean the number 4 appears every time you press this button? Do you want to set it back to an ESC button again or are you trying to make it perform a different function? John D C-tech support |
