| Post subject: | Samsung ER-650 - Voiding Discounts and Coupons |
I have setup %1 & %2 to be discounts and %3 to be a $2.00 coupon. They work as expected. If I have entered a transaction and then applied a discount to it, the ER-650 does the math correctly. If I attempt to void the item, it will do that, but the discount remains. Does anyone know how to void the discount or the coupon if one was applied to an item when the item is voided. Try using MDSE RETURN instead of void. Did you pre-set the discount amount, or are you entering the figure during the sale? The 650 normally wouldn't have any setting to ignore returns with discounts so hopefully that would work. |
