I've had a few tax questions on this model. I haven't worked with the 2700 series, but I have a note from a colleague explaining rate change. to programming mode (P position on keylock) and enter the tax percentage using the numbers and decimal key,(ex: 6.000), then press your "tax shift 1" key. to finalize, press "cash/tend" key and return to "reg" mode. turn the key to P mode (programming) Type tax rate with 3 decimal places e.g 8.500 Press TAX SHIFT1 Press CASH Turn key back to REG mode As I have not tried it, I can't verify whether this method works. Please comment if you have tried it. |
