Can really use some help. :?

I have a casio register TK-6500 and i recently change the prices but somehow 3 keys give me a minus amount e.g (-2.25)
can someone tell me how to change the key to charge a set price instead of making a reduction. Thank you in advanced

It sounds like you have negative PLUs set. Try this first:

Turn key to program mode
Press 3 then SUBTOTAL
Press 0
Now press one of the negative item buttons
Press SUBTOTAL

Now turn key back to REG and try that item. If it works, do the same for other two items.

No problem. Commonly happens when changing prices in wrong mode :)
