Setting up MS9520 Metro scanner with Casio TE-2200. I believe i have done everything required but i can't get anything to register on the till.

I believe i have done eveything as described in the dealer document page 175.

1) Connect Barcode scanner. Program I/O Paramater.....DONE
2) Allocate scanning functions Keys.....DONE
3) Allocate Scanning files and non-plu table files. ALREADY ALLOCATED.....which files should be done anyway?
4) Program the non-plu table to suite your scanning system.... not sure what these should be??
5) Program batch maintenance PLU file to add items... how?
6) Activate the batch maintenance PLU file ... DONE

I have configured the Scanner to match the default setting for RS232
for Parity, Baud, RTS/CTS, etc etc.....

The scanner bleeps to indicate a succesfful scan but nothing hapeens on the register itself..... Please help you are my only hope...

Hi. Which settings have you performed so far? Has this machine ever had a scanner attached before?
