| Post subject: | Z report Gross and Net Sometimes Correct, Sometimes Not |
The gross and net are sometimes switched on my z report. One day the gross will actually be the net and some days the gross is correct. If it were consistently one way I could understand that it may be a programming error but with the inconsistency I am totally confused. Any help would be appreciated! |

On most machines, the net total is set up to include minus amounts. If there were no corrections, refunds, returns etc, the two would be the same that day. It probably means the staff were very careful with entries that day. |
