Tried to turn it on this morning. Nothing shows up. Hold reset and journal feed and got E004 now. Meaning initialization or unit lock clear operation in progress. Action, complete operation. Dont have a clue what that means? Please help! |

Turn power off. Turn key to program mode. Hold receipt feed, turn power on. Wait 2 seconds while paper feeds then let go of reciept feed. When FFFFFFFFF on display, press subtotal. The two most common reasons for this problem are: Plugging a device into a port without turning power off first. Leaving power off too long (more than 1 month unplugged) |
