Thx for info.
Not sure if i can find the battery in here.
I will go around and have a look.
So it must be rechargeable 3v lithium?
Leave the machine on while replace the battery, correct?

To replace the battery, do i need to take off bottom cover to access the main board?

No. Take the top off.
It is plugged into the main board. It is inside a black sleeve.

I just the receipt and journal roll but i can not find anything..

so all i need to do is pull out the top cover.
Then replace the battery with power on, is it right?
I am scare to damage the machine...

Yes. Thats right.
The new battery will start charging from the moment you plug it in to the main board.
Make sure you give it at least 12 hours of charging to start with. You can use the cash register during this time. It just needs to be plugged in to power with the display lit to be charging.

The battery holder looks different to mine but i believe its the same..
I will make sure to leave machine on for 12 hours after replace.
Hopefully, the machine wont shut down anymore...

As long as it is a 3V rechargeable battery and the polarity (+ and -) are correct, it should be fine.
