Hello I hope some one can help me with this issue I have a problem "E-015" showing up in my cash register and when I checked online - it said that the cash machine might be jammed with paper, after I've checked that and found some paper - Ive managed to remove all the paper that was inside the machine. Restarting the machine, the Error popped up again Can anyone help with this? Thank you in advance Hyde |

Hi. You are correct. It does indicate a printer failure. Make sure the motor gear can be turned freely. It normally happens when the gears are jammed by something.
