This software is difficult to set up and usually has bugs. It is supplied by dealers with training but you may be able to find it if you search the internet. NOTE: You need to have the same IPL in your machine as the software otherwise you may lose your data if you use the wrong version. It is usually quicker and easier to program items on the cash register.

Finally, i had cv21 working... spend almost an hour to find out which cv 21 that i am used...
However, if i want to back up cash register file, do i click on backup.
once it complete, my new cv21 will have old existing files from register, is it correct?
Just want to confirm because i dont want to damage cash register...
Feel bit scary to do it without asking.
Cheers

I haven't used it for some time but I think you are right. As long as you have saved all of the cash register files into the CV software, the backup function should save a backup file to the hard drive. As I say I'm going from memory. If I can find the software I'll confirm it.

I am thinking that is i replace new Cv21 ( File 077) to cover my old CV21. Maybe it might solve my previous issue with impossible to convert data issue...

I try to print the label, the label shows NT in front of amount, i,e NT$3.30.
I forget how to do it, do you have any idea?
Cheers...

Sorry, I have never found any label printing function in CV21. It has many issues so be prepared for it to fail at some tasks.

Finally, i solve the problem.. It need to setup the windows location (in my case select Australia) and language...

I still have no idea about File 77. I try to use new File 77 to replace my exist file but its not solve the problem. I could not find function to set it default on One Touch NLU. If i want receive the data on the cash register, do i just click on File--Setup--Customer-- ECR setup-- Receive. Once it is complete, the CV21 will have be have same data as cash register? Is this correct?

It was some time ago that I gave up on that series of software. You will know when the files are on the PC because the data such as PLUs will match. Just don't send anything to the cash register unless it is definitely the file you have modified or you may wipe existing data.
