Sorry for late reply...
I check the CV21..
There are 10 of One Touch NLU
All of 10 have 15 digits of 0 except number 5.
Number 5 of One Touch NLU leave empty PLU code empty.
Others got 15 digits of 0 in PLU code section.
Is this what you mean?!?
I try set 15 digits of 0 on number 5 NLU
but it still shows fails.

From past 5 years, i never use One Touch NLU.
I have no idea what happen to it.
Any idea which plu cause the issue occur?

* I had a play with One Touch NLU for 10 mins and i can not find out the problem is....

Try reading just the NLU file back from the cash register to CV21 and see if it fixes the file.
Otherwise, I'd try setting the file size to 0 then back to 10 on the cash register to clear any NLU entries, then read the file back to CV21.

Thank you for reply...
At the moment, i try to set up the transfer date before 8th of Oct.
Then it works fine.
It sounds very complicate that you explain the NLU procedure.
Not sure if i can fix it.
So i guess just leave the way it is not until the cash register broken again.
Very regret to buy casio 4000f.
Maybe i should buy better one next time.
Thank you C-Tech

It definitely does not sound like a problem with the cash register. It seems more like a problem with your programming :-)
If you are not familiar with memory allocation then it would be best to leave it. The TE4000f is not really any worse than other machines. It is powerful so the programming is always more complicated on powerful machines with adjustable memory files. Normally the dealer would set the memory before you bought it.
