Has anyone been able to use the memory copy function? I can see a file 90 once I've saved a memory copy, but when I restore to the register, it won't send it.

I have been able to use CVW with a casio TK3200. Default speed for CVW is 19.2,n,1. Load the correct ini file while in CVW. Next the ECR must match these settings and you'll need to change COM1 to (3 mode 198 sub 00 cash sub flag clear)match. Your model may need other settings. CAUTION WHILE READING THE FILES IN CVW THAT YOU ALWAYS CLOSE THE FILE WHEN DONE. Otherwise you'll get a sharing violation error message.
Good luck
