Hi, we have a tec ma 1300 and its complete manuel. However we can't find the solution to our problem. the receipt doesnt print... the switch in on, it prints a z and I can print a receipt after the transaction. But what we would like is to have a receipt printed automatically with every transaction. can somebody help me? thanks

If you have the receipt switch set to 'on' then I'd say you have a faulty receipt switch or it has been disconnected inside. Try rapidly moving the switch back and forth a few times to try to clean the contacts a bit (sometimes a lubricant spray in the switch such as WD40 can help). Also, try putting slight pressure on the switch while in 'on' mode and then try a transaction. This is all I can think of since I have never seen a setting that over-rides the switch |
