hi i bought the programming manual but it only gives me IR ..initial reset. any help on the hard reset ? ...ill be selling my unit and i need to delete the sales. please help. thank you . |

Hi. The RAM test is the one that erases data. Look at page 120 (I think) and you should see a RAM test that erases all data. Don't worry if you get an error on one or more RAM banks during the test. That just means extra RAM is not installed. |
